The demos below were experiments for students who wanted to incorporate social media conversations in their projects but didn’t want to use their “real” accounts to do so. Turns out you can find lots of fake chat generators on the web!
I used the generators on Simitator.com, which let me choose customized names, icons, battery percentage, and so on. Each time I entered a new contribution to the conversation, I captured a screenshot, then I put them together in iMovie.
For easier viewing, I uploaded them to YouTube, but they’re both Unlisted, so please don’t share them with others without asking me first.
