These are downloadable apps that can synch content across multiple computers and devices.

I use the first three all the time!

  • Dropbox (synch a range of files across multiple devices)
  • Evernote – note management for Mac, Windows, web, and mobile
  • Simplenote – simple note app for web and mobile (synchs with Mac or Windows through separate apps)
  • Notational Simplicity – Mac app for synching Simplenote
